So the Mets are in absolute freefall right now, but that's not what I'm here to write about. This is about how absolutely absurd Philadelphia sports fans are with their teams. Win one night, and they're going to the World Series. Lose the next, and they'll boo the team and everyone should be fired. It's surprising anyone in Philly can walk. Their knees must be killing them from jumping on and off the bandwagon so many times.
So here's a serious question: Why would any athlete ever want to play in Philadelphia? The teams NEVER win, and the fans have to be some of the worst in the country, at least as far as the players are concerned.

Sports and Philly Don't Mix

Things are getting busy
There is a lot going on lately. Let's go over the last few days:
Thursday: Philly
Friday: Baltimore
Saturday: DC
Sunday: Baltimore
Monday: Work in Philly, then Baltimore
Tuesday: Philly
This weekend is the MS150. And just in case it wasn't hard enough on its own, we need to leave at about 5 AM to get to the start in time. Fantastic.
On a happy note, things seem to be coming together nicely for the wedding. That is pretty busy as well, but manageable and seems to be working out well.

It's been awhile
I haven't exactly been posting so often lately, so sorry. What am I talking about, it's not like anyone reads this so often.
We rode 95 miles this weekend in preparation for the MS150 later this month. It was not so comfortable on the butt. Not as bad as I expected it to be, but certainly not 100% happy days.
Speaking of not as bad as I expected it to be, Kendra and I went to our first dance lesson yesterday. Soon I will not be quite so useless on a wooden floor when there's music playing.
